Respect for the environment is at the heart of our priorities.
Our water and energy management is our daily commitment. We have our own waste water treatment plant to treat the water from the cheesery and the village of Charcenne. Finally, we recycle 99% of our waste.
Fromagerie Milleret is one of the last family-run dairy with national and independent influence.
