Ingredients Serves 4

  • 8 mini-burger buns
  • 2 slices of Roucoulons per mini-burger
  • 320g minced beef
  • 4 teaspoons mild mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 2 tomatoes
  • A few baby spinach leaves
  • 110 g stewed (or candied) onions
  • Smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

    Cut the tomatoes into strips.
  • 2
    Mix the mustard and honey In a bowl.
  • 3
    Add salt, pepper and add the smoked paprika to the ground beef. Mix and separate the beef into 40g portions.

    Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan, quickly toast the inside of the mini-burgers.

    Fry the minced beef portions on each side in the same pan. At the end of cooking, place the Roucoulon slices on top of the steaks.

    Spread the mustard/honey sauce over the base of the burger buns, add baby spinach, a slice of tomato, onion compote, then the burgers with the slices of melting Roucoulons.

    Close the mini-burgers and serve immediately.
